| 1ST-7TH GIANT FISH
We didn't catch many fish deep sea fishing this week, but the fish we caught sure were magnificient. Tom Pendergast's group on Tuesday landed a beastly Hammerhead shark 72" long as well as a few kings. Mike Hensley on Wednesday landed an absolutely enormous 98lb Warsaw Grouper and was nice enough to let us keep a hefty backloin. I'll probably never see a saw that big again, almost a shame to eat it instead of mounting it. Later in the week fishing from the Boca Resort in Boca Raton the kingfish bit very well.
8TH-14TH SHARKS ARE SNAPPING
The king fish bit well off of Boca Raton this week and they were all very big, we even caught one over forty pounds. The real kicker for the week however was a monstrous hammerhead shark caught by the boys of Nascar Drew and Andrew.
15TH-21ST BOCA RATON FISHING TOURNIY
Our first day out this week has found the Crowd Pleaser fishing a local tournament out of Boca Raton. After three hours we had it in the bag, or the fish box in this case. Craig landed a thirty three pound kinga winning $2000.00 way to go!! Later in the week, Cullen Jenkins from the Green Bay Packers joined us and landed nine nice mahi and a beastly Golden Amber Jack as well as some tasty snapper. On the afternoon trip on the 20th, we were part of a 12 boat charter and once again managed to win a tourney for the biggest fish with a 180lb hammerhead, nice!!
22ND-30TH HAMMER TIME
April leaves us with calm seas and thrashing hammerheads. Shark fishing off of Boca Raton and Pompano Beach is off the scale this week with bites coming within minutes of setting out the baits. On the afternoon of the twenty ninth with a group out of the Boca Resort, we landed a beautiful 66" golden hammerhead perfect size for the mantlepiece. Lex and Peter fishing out of Deerfield Beach let go a monstrous Hammerhead Shark, hope you guys son't regret that one to badly. Rounding out the week grouper fishing was top notch with big gags and blacks showing up on the local Ft. Lauderdale wrecks as Miek and his friends can attest to, "Don't forget to book that Bahamas trip guys"
