HOT REEF ACTION

Green water with no discernable edges or weed lines has been out as far as twelve miles so on our shorter half day trips we've been sticking to the reef instead of looking for mahi. Even without the dolphin and with the water temp on the reef reaching over 80 degrees the action has still been hot. King fish have been stacked up thick as thieves from as far south as ft lauderdale up to Boca Raton. Monster shark fishing has also been outstanding with big wolf packs of Bull sharks stalking the king mackeral. Most sharks range from 80 to 120 pounds but a few massive Bulls have been out there upwards of 400 lbs. On our longer trips, 3/4 and full days we can go much further offshore to find the remaining dolphin and wahoo. For all of you looking to do some Boca Raton Bottom fishing or Deerfield Beach Wreck fishing will want to book now for August especially around the full moon when the largest quantity of giant grouper migrate through. We expect record catches of black grouper gag grouper and Warsaw grouper. I can't wait to beat last years stats.
